Present day families
are pioneers in the caregiving process. Traditionally, women
cared for both the young and older members of the family.
Today, however, half of the work force are women.
Simultaneously, older adults are living longer. These
changes require new and innovative approaches to care.
Caregiving is a
challenge that can no longer be delegated to one person.
Many caregivers have multiple rolls - wife, husband, parent, and
employee, in addition to caring for an aging loved one. In
an effort to care for all members of the family, caregivers are
seeking the guidance of professional care managers to help them
meet the demands of family, job and caregiving.
Retirement &
Transition will provide the necessary guidance so that informed
decisions can be made and care provided. We can be there for
you.
